My name is Ken and I have been married for 10 years to an awesome lady named Karla. I have also been a non-denominational Pastor for 20 years and am currently the lead pastor at Carmel Mountain Church in San Diego. One of the joys of being a pastor is having the legal ability to mary couples. It’s something that I consider an honor and have enjoyed doing over the years. Recently I have noticed that many couples are looking for a Pastor to perform their ceremony but don’t want to jump through the “churchy church” hoops often required!

I believe that the vows spoken before your family, friends and God are important. I don’t believe in many of the rules and regulations often instituted by a church or institution and required by a Pastor to marry you. I often consult with couples that are interested in pre marital counseling but this is at the desire of the couple. If this is something you would like to have as part of our work together, we can add that.

I specialize in making your wedding feel informal and relaxed, while creating a traditional feel that will result in lasting memories and heart felt emotions.
